We quote every client individually; in order to prepare an offer, please fill in a quotation form or contact us.

4. What is the time limit of fulfilment of an order?
Completion of tasks charged with us is determined individually, in 95 % of cases it takes place in a time limit determined in a contract.

5. Can I make a correction in the order?
A client can make a correction in the order in accordance with stipulations in a signed contract. Before every order, we contact you by telephone or e-mail to confirm it.

6. Can I add additional elements after ordering?

7. How can I make changes in CMS being prepared?
We will prepare a CMS panel in accordance with individual arrangements. We will record an instructional film for operation of a web portal. We provide on-line training with a function of making a screen available or e.g. training in the office.
In special cases we may rent a conference hall.

8. I have got an account in foreign currency, e.g. Euro or USD, is there a possibility of paying for a service by transfer?
Yes, it is a payment for performed services in accordance with a contract. We have got foreign currency accounts in Germany and Poland.

9. Is there a possibility of receiving a discount at a bigger order?
You can receive a discount.

10. Is there a possibility of receiving an ordered service in a priority mode (shorter period of anticipation)?
In special cases there is such a possibility.

11. What hours is Client Service Office open?
Client Service Office is open: Mon-Fri 8.00-16.00 hours. We are a company working in accordance with European time. When it comes to clients outside Europe, please send information on a preferred form and date of contact. We offer a possibility of talking to our consultant by telephone or Skype at

12. Are material and author’s rights transferred to a client?
Yes, after carrying out of a contract, all of the rights are transferred to a client.
